Commercial Accounts & Sales Tax

Commercial Accounts

We accept commercial credit accounts for online, phone, email and will call orders. If you'd like to open a credit account, please download the credit application and send the completed application by email to: info@smallplanetsupply.com. Once the account is set up, orders can be placed through this web portal on credit terms. Orders will ship under normal shipping terms and options displayed at checkout including FedEx, Our Truck Delivery, Motor Freight. We will contact you with tracking and invoicing info.

Purchase Orders & Special Instructions

You can add notes or special instruction to the order in the dialog box at checkout. This can include job site contact, Purchase Order numbers, or other special instructions.

 

Sales Tax

Washington State businesses in possession of a valid Washington State resellers permit, and would like their purchases to be tax exempt, can email a copy of the resellers permit with their request to info@smallplanetsupply.com. Your online, and in-store accounts will be set-up for tax exempt purchases.

 

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Net 30 day credit accounts can be paid by check, credit card or wire transfer. Orders placed without payment or a credit account will be held until payment is received.

 

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders where we deem it necessary.
